How our physician-led wellness programs are structured
Hormones, metabolism, thyroid function, stress, sleep and life stage interact, and symptoms often overlap and change over time. That is why Vital Longevity Clinic organizes care into tiered women’s wellness programs and men’s wellness programs rather than offering one-size-fits-all treatments. The programs are matched to different health pictures, from hormone-only concerns to several medical conditions at once.
All five programs are physician-led, individualized and delivered in person at our clinics. Dr. Emmanuel Tancinco, a board-certified internal medicine physician, reviews your history, symptoms and goals before recommending one. The programs are designed to build on one another when appropriate, so a plan can deepen as your needs become clearer.
The five programs at a glance
The programs differ in who they are designed for, what they include and how long they last. Hormonal Wellness is the focused, hormone-only option. Vital Wellness adds functional medicine labs and a health coach for people who also have weight concerns. Restore, Longevity and Vibrant Wellness are for people who also manage medical conditions, and they differ mainly in length of support.
Hormonal Wellness · 4 months
A focused program for people with symptoms of hormonal imbalance who don’t have other medical conditions or weight concerns. It includes standard labs, supplements recommended for your plan and a hormone evaluation, with hormone therapy only when testing shows a clinical need. It does not include health coaching.
It suits people whose main concern is most likely hormonal. For women, that can include hot flashes, night sweats, disrupted sleep, anxiety, cognitive fog or menstrual irregularities. For men, it can include low libido, persistent fatigue, irritability, poor sleep or difficulty concentrating.
Vital Wellness · 4 months
An integrative, functional medicine program for people with hormonal concerns and weight concerns but no other medical conditions.
It includes standard labs plus functional and integrative medicine labs, supplements recommended for your plan, a health coach for day-to-day habits, and provider consultations and follow-up in clinic. Hormone therapy is considered only if testing shows a clinical need.
Restore Wellness · 6 months
For people with hormonal and weight concerns who also manage medical conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, digestive (GI) issues, allergies or autoimmune conditions such as Hashimoto’s.
It includes everything in Vital Wellness, from standard and functional medicine labs to supplements, a health coach and in-clinic follow-up, over six months.
Longevity Wellness · 9 months
For the same health picture as Restore Wellness, hormonal and weight concerns together with medical conditions, when you want longer support.
It includes everything in Vital Wellness over nine months, which allows more time for follow-up and coaching as your plan is reviewed and adjusted.
Vibrant Wellness · 12 months
Our longest program, designed for people managing several medical issues at once, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, hormonal disorders and difficulty losing weight, sometimes with digestive issues, allergies or Hashimoto’s.
It includes everything in Vital Wellness over 12 months. Through personalized, physician-led care, it is designed to support symptom management, physical, mental and emotional well-being, and progress toward your individual health goals.
Which wellness program fits you
As a rough guide, each program tends to fit a different pattern. These are starting points, not rules: which program fits is decided after the physician’s evaluation.
- Hormonal symptoms such as hot flashes, low libido or poor sleep, with no other medical conditions or weight concerns: Hormonal Wellness
- Hormonal and weight concerns, no other medical conditions, and interest in a functional medicine plan: Vital Wellness
- Hormonal and weight concerns plus a condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes or Hashimoto’s: Restore Wellness, or Longevity Wellness for longer support
- Several medical issues at once that call for a full year of support: Vibrant Wellness
The 60-second symptom check can show which program your concerns point toward. If you are still sorting out what your symptoms mean, our guide to common signs of hormonal and metabolic imbalance walks through fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, sleep, libido and mood.
Men’s and women’s versions
Each program has a version for women and a version for men. The structure is the same; the emphasis differs. Women’s programs focus on how hormones, metabolism, thyroid function, stress physiology, sleep and life stage transitions such as perimenopause and menopause interact.
Men’s programs focus on hormonal health, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, stress physiology, sleep and concentration, which tend to influence one another over time. In both, visits leave room for meaningful discussion, ongoing monitoring and thoughtful adjustments. The goal is sustainable improvement in how you feel and function, not quick fixes.
How payment works
Vital Longevity Clinic is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted where your plan allows, and CareCredit is accepted too. Our payment and insurance FAQ explains the options in more detail, and the discovery call is a good time to ask which one suits you.
How to start
The first step is a free 15-minute discovery call. We discuss your main concerns and goals, explain how the physician-led programs work and clarify next steps if you decide to proceed. The call is not a medical visit and does not include diagnosis or treatment. Request your discovery call and choose a preferred clinic if you have one.
Program visits and follow-up take place in person, by appointment, in downtown Little Rock, Searcy and downtown Miami.
Questions
Common questions about programs
How long are the wellness programs?
Hormonal Wellness and Vital Wellness each run four months, Restore Wellness runs six months, Longevity Wellness runs nine months and Vibrant Wellness runs 12 months. Longer programs give more time for follow-up, coaching and adjusting the plan as your health changes. Each program has a men’s and a women’s version, and length is one of the factors considered when a program is recommended after your evaluation.
Can I switch to a different program later?
Yes. The programs are designed as a flexible framework rather than rigid categories, and they can build on one another when appropriate. Some patients start with a focused program and later move to a broader one as deeper evaluation becomes appropriate, while others shift as symptoms improve and goals change. Any change follows a conversation with your physician about your progress.
What does a physician-led wellness program include?
Every program starts with an in-person physician evaluation of your history, symptoms and goals, standard lab testing and supplements recommended for your plan, with hormone therapy only if testing shows a clinical need. Vital, Restore, Longevity and Vibrant Wellness also include functional and integrative medicine labs, a health coach, and provider consultations and follow-up in clinic. Hormonal Wellness is the focused option without health coaching. The exact plan differs from person to person.
Does insurance cover a wellness program?
No. Vital Longevity Clinic is a cash-based practice and does not accept or bill health insurance. HSA and FSA payments are accepted, subject to your plan’s eligibility rules, and CareCredit is accepted as well. Our FAQ page explains the payment options in more detail, and your discovery call is a good time to ask which one suits you.
Which program is best for weight loss?
If you have weight and hormonal concerns but no other medical conditions, Vital Wellness is usually the starting point, with functional medicine labs, supplements and a health coach. If weight concerns come with conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes, Restore, Longevity or Vibrant Wellness may fit, depending on how much support you need. Which program fits is decided after the physician’s evaluation.
How are Restore, Longevity and Vibrant Wellness different?
All three are for people with hormonal and weight concerns who also manage medical conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, digestive issues, allergies or autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s. Each includes the same elements as Vital Wellness: standard and functional medicine labs, supplements, a health coach and in-clinic follow-up. The difference is length, at six, nine or 12 months. Vibrant Wellness, the longest, is designed for people managing several medical issues at once.
